How heavy should i be for my age?

I'm going to the gym on a regular basis around 3-4 times a week to build muscle and loose weight. but how heavy should i be to start with.

i am 5 foot 5 inches and i would say i would be of regular build

  1. No one can really tell you that, people come in different sizes and shapes. We must be happy with how we are. I am sure you look good with whatever size you may be, because first off you are taking the initiative of being healthy by exercising.
