If you can't carry it, it's a bit too heavy. Also bear in mind that most airlines have a weight limit of 20kg.

How will you be travelling?  If you're going to just throw it onto a bus or train, it can be a bit heavier than if you're going to walk anywhere.

Just pack the absolute minimum you think you'll need - then throw half of it away!
