and fled on the next flight home after being made an arguido despite her innocence?

....... and the McCanns have the nerve to complain about the police investigation.

Sorry Madeleine, apparently protecting Kate is more important than finding you .........

  1. It wouldn't exactly have put her in their 'best' books!

  2. I find it staggering that she would do this when your child's life is at stake.

As i have said before its not for the McCanns to decide what is needed in the investigation its for an independent body like the police. This way you get an unbiased view on things :)

  3. Not quite the actions of an innocent person, I think you'd agree.

  4. Just by their actions of fleeing the country and flatly refusing to assist the police beggars belief....A Mother deserting a daughter in her time of greatest need...Appalling behaviour

  5. According to the McCanns they would help the PJ in any way possible in order to find their daughter...that is of course until the police began to suspect them of being involved then the pair couldn't wait to forget about Maddy and flee to the UK. As far as they are concerned it has never been about Maddy ,it has always been about the Mcs protecting their own skins. Disgusting.

I see the abduction theory is till alive and kicking and the Meturdo3 are busy reaping up old "sightings" which have previously been investigated by the PJ. When will this pair tell the world the truth ?

  6. Will you ever give up this pointless diatribe?

  7. Madeleine's Mum, Kate's precise answer to the Q why she does not answer the 48 questions, answers it all.

IF the investigation thinks, WRONGLY, that she had harmed her child & was doing all it could to push the investigation down that path, the best thing she could do for her Madeleine was to jeopardise such an investigation, by not answering such questions. It makes perfect sense. For if, such an investigation succeeded, by twisting & misinterpreting her replies to those 48 rhetorical questions, in doing what it set out to do - to find Kate & Gerry guilty of harming their Madeleine, they would have been charged & arrested by now. And who then would search for their Madeleine???

With the gullible public believing that Madeleine is no more, murdered by her parents who the court has found guilty, the case would be closed & she would be deemed as no more. Of what good would Kate be to her Madeleine then???

Kate McCann did the right thing. At risk to her reputation but for the love of her child.

Think about it people. Think laterally. What would YOU do, if God forbid, you were in her place??

If you knew you were innocent of harming your child but if the investigating authorities were bent on accusing & charging you. They had already issued her a deal to admit that she had accidently harmed Madeleine, so she knew fully well where they were coming from. Imagine the choice she had to make...in a foreign country, her mind a traumatic mess filled with thoughts of her beloved missing child, faced with accusations that she harmed that child, then faced with a deal to confess to a crime she did not commit... the foremost thought in her mind would have been that these people are wasting time, precious time, barking up the wrong tree, when they could be searching for Madeleine. Naturally she would want to stop them in their tracks... especially since they are on the wrong track. Anyone would. Wouldn't you???

As much as it is the right thing to do, to co-operate with the authorities, when you know in your heart & soul, that the investigation is misguided, no sane person, in search of justice, would help such an investigation...especially when one's own child's life is at stake.

Which explains why Madeleine's Mum, Kate McCann rightly refused to answer those 48 questions, not just to prevent a miscarriage of justice against herself but also to set the investigation on its right path...to find her missing Madeleine

  8. If anything, it helped to convince the police that she wasn't innocent.

  9. They let her go home. And the scientist said the DNA test was 'inconclusive'.

Leave that poor family alone. I bet no one regrets it more than the parents that they left their children alone for an hour.

  10. Her daughter had been abducted, and Kate knew she had some responsbility in her disappearance as she allowed her children to be left alone, with the patio doors left open.

Being accused of killing her would have hurt deeply, so she had every right to want to return home to friends and family after being accused of murdering her own daughter.

  11. James M, the answer to your perceptive question is that they have nothing better to do than to persecute a pair of poor grieving parents. Also, they probably don't understand the information that has been released. Gives their poor heads a headache.

  12. Says it all really. Not one loving parent wouldn't do anything and everything to help their child but this has never been about Madeleine, just her selfish and cold hearted guilty parents...

  13. not very helpful

  14. ironically it was more helpful than this question
