How high are chicago's elevated tracks?

The height of the elevated tracks varies. At some points, the el is actually a subway (that is, it's underground). At other points, it's street-level, and at still others, it's a couple stories above street level.

One story high in most places, on the south side some are higher at 2 stories.

well, they go right on top of my garage (just a normal height garage), but about a block or so down, they are somewhere around two stories high.
