I have heard that the global average temperature is not yet as high as it was during the medieval warm period. Do we know how high sea levels got during the MWP?

  2. Your source is wrong. The planet temperature has already passed the temperature during the medieval warm period.

    The fluctuations that originated what is called the "medieval warm period" or "the little ice age" that followed it, were smaller than the temperature perturbation observed along the XX century.

    Therefore, the sea level was lower than it is today.
