How high do horses jump in the Olympics and Grand Prix and Derby?

I am wondering how high the horses in the Olympics, Grand Prix, and Derby competitions jump.

so no one is jumping 10 feet in competition, nor are they jumping 7 feet, unless its a puissance.  Grand Prix fences are usually 5 - 5'6, though 6' is not unheard of.

In the Olympics - I believe the maximum height for show jumping is about 5'5".

For eventing, the maximum height on cross country is 3'11' and on stadium 4'1".

Since the Olympics is a Grand Prix event, the heights are the same. I don't know about Derby.

They will jump as far as 7ft maybe higher. Some horses can jump like 10ft. amazing huh?!!?

Usually the fences (show jumping) are between 5'-5'6", although sometimes they are a bit higher.  Spreads can be over 6' in width and water jumps (little to no height) can be 14' in width.  In puissance and four bar jumping competitions, fences can get over 7'!

For eventing, cross country fences are never over 4' high, although there can be 7' drops.  In the show jumping phase the fences are usually 4'6".

i've been on the rolex coarse on a 16.2 hand tb/quater horse and some of the jumps were taller then him. . . i'm not sure on the exact hight of those types of coarse, my best guess is at least 7foot high on the tallest jumps but  not all the jumps are the same hight or even meant to be tall as much as different task in jumping. . . but again best guess comparing to my horse on those coarses. . . they were taller then me standing next to them. not all just some
