How high does a fly fly?

one of those bugging questions :)

Probably not very high.  I do not see a fly flying in the stratosphere.

They will fly up to 500 feet above the ground. That is why you see swallows up there, catching them.

Try wikipedia or google. Ummm.....some fly higher than others I guess.
