  1. Possibly 75 degrees is enough.  The term warm is a personal perception and varies from person to person.  It also varies from different climates.  Let me illustrate the latter first.  You're outside in 85 degree weather, and you go inside to where it's 70.  If feels cooler.  Now let's say that you are outside in 55 degree weather, and go inside where it's 70.  It's the same temperature, but it now feels warmer.

People from different climates also have different definitions.  People from Siberia or Alaska may think that 65 degrees is way too hot.  Somebody from the Mohabi would think that 95 degrees is way too cold.

So how high does the temperature have to be?  It's all a matter of taste.  For me, it's about 80, but for my friend in Arizona (I'm in New York) 80 is moderate or cold.

  2. 85

  3. um idk 70  maybe 75 or high as maybe 80 but like cant it be really hot without the sun......or maybe not watevr

  4. It all depends it can be 65 degres outside with a dew point of 70 and it will feel very hot in the sun.

But it could be 85 degrees with a dew point of 45 and it would feel cool outside.

It all depends on the dewpoint but I'd say mid 80's it starts to feel hot.

  5. I come from a drier climate, and personally I'd say it needs to be at least 96 F for it to be hot, and 78 for it to be considered warm.
