How high of a degree should I get for journalism?

I'm only in high school right now, but I've been checking out schools to apply to for college. I know I definitely want to get a degree in journalism, just for writing and reporting. What degree should I go for? And what would each level degree allow me to do? Bachelor's, master's, etc.

A bachelors degree and sometimes a masters degree. Just start a career in journalism then pursue a masters degree.
