How high should I turn my water on for my portable dishwasher?

I recently moved into a house that came with a portable dishwasher (Whirlpool brand). There is no manual for it, and I've never used one. I'm wonder how high I should turn the water feed on. Do I turn the faucet on fully, or half-way, or how much? Thanks for your help.
