How high should a skimboard come up on you.?

i got a large zap comp and it comes up to a little higher then my chest... about 3 inches from my neck.. to big or is it ok?

about 2 feet or you will fall

it usually goes more by weight than height. it is also personal preference. the larger the board the more float you will have going across the water.  as long as you can ride it your good to go

That seems a little large for a skimboard...they typically come up to your belly button to mid torso. If you can ride it, than go ahead, but it might be easier with a smaller board.

Skimboards are usually rated for a certain weight.  The large comp accomodates riders up to 180 lbs.

BTW, is that the carbon board?? Nice board...
