If you were bidding on a breast pump that you know works best with you, but are no longer sold in your area, what would be your maximum bid?

  1. It is not a good idea to buy a second hand pump because you risk cross contamination.  Some milk will ultimately get sucked up into the machine.  You don't know if the person who owned it had Hepatitus or HIV.  I would not do it.

  2. It depends on how much the breast pump is worth. How much is the breast pump worth???

Is it a second hand pump???

If it's brand new, and not available around you. I would be willing to bid the actual purchasing price. You wont be getting a good deal... but clearly its important to you to go this particular pump. And you don't want to miss out on it.

Maybe bid $50, once you add shipping it will come to $70. If your bidding on ebay: maybe bid lower, but watch the listing... then if you have to later you can up your bid.

  3. 1 million asses
