  1. Get a pot of gatorade to a near boil, drop your gumshield in for 30sec, take out out, let it cool slightly then fit it.  If you use gatorade it'll retain taste!

  2. Not boiling but hotter than out of a tap.  ie boil the water, let it rest for a few minutes then pour over the gum shield & do rest as it states on the packet.

  3. Boiling water from the kettle.

  4. Hot enough to soften the mould but not so hot it scolds your mouth when you put it in. ;o)

Seriously though weren't there instructions with your shield when you bought it?

  5. boiled from a kettle, then pour in a cup or a bowl, then place the gum shield in it for 30 secs, take it out, put it in ur mouth, fix it into shape.

  6. Have it close to boiling but not quite.  Get from kettle and leave in cup for 1 minute then do it.  If boiling will warp shield
