How hot should the McDonald hotcakes be when the meal is served over the counter?

I eat McDonald hotcakes breakfast meal regularly at Yew Tee outlet near my home in Singapore. I found that the standard is dropping as there is no longer hot sizzling steam coming out when I open the lid to the meal and the margarine would not melt on the hotcakes even after 10 minutes. I thought perhaps this outlet is no good so I went to the next outlet at Limbang. The situation is the same. In my opinion, the hotcakes should be hot and the margarine should melt as soon as it touches the hotcakes.

well not so hot that it will burn your tongue... If your having a problem with the item being hot when you receive it talk to the manager or  contact McDonald headquarters about your complaint.

It should be as hot as you want it.  Take it back and let the manager know.
