But not to download a program like Smiley central, I want a list whit my smileys and add other smileys, like on MSN ,on tools and emoticons.PLZ Help me.

u have to download a thing first...most of the times u can find it on different kind of sites as advertisement but be careful when u download it coz it can also contain viruses
