How i can be happy?

I am fifty plus tired og working regularly to lead an above average life with no savings for the old age.

For one thing, you can count the blessings that you do have.

You have a job which provides you with a good life right now.

You are healthy enough to work.

You are productive.

You can choose to lead an average life, rather than an above average one, and save that extra money to build a nest egg for the future...

Or, you can take the tact that there will be free beer tomorrow, so you can let happiness reign today.

It's easy you found that extravagant sucks.The problem with happiness is we are taught that we need more ,the new,the better,the fancier ,the easier ,the bigger,faster model continuously.

When in fact we were probably content with the original.
