  1. 1. Go to http://avatars.yahoo.com

    2. Click on "Preferences" on the top right corner

    3. Where it says "Change my avatar's gender" click on "Change"

    4. Finally, click on switch gender to male/female

    Click the "Preferences" tab (top right).

    Click the "Change" button in the "Change My Avatar's Gender" section.

    Click "Switch Gender."
