Bluetooth isn't software or hardware, it's a protocol like wifi. And just like with wifi, you'll have two devices, one sending data, and one receiving data, and a protocol over which to transfer the data, in that case wifi. Exactly what devices are you trying to get communicating with each other?

Christop knows nothing, its hardware you plug it into the usb port, if you have a laptop which says it has bluetooth its only an on/off switch for the bluetooth drvice thats plugged into the usb port.

get a bluetooth wireless adapter on ebay for about a fiver  either it will work with the wizard or you may need to download the drivers from a website after.

Either your computer is already equipped with Bluetooth or you'll have to make a trip to the store (Circuit City or Best Buy). Usually newer laptops have bluetooth already, but not for the standalone computers. Stores will have bluetooth adapters you HAVE to buy to get bluetooth working.
