Why don't you ask your friend?

You can get the phone number if you know the name and the city, but that's it. Usually they are not allowed to give you the address (except if the phone number is from a company).

http://www.telefonbuch.de/   Type in the Name under 'Name.'  I once found the address and phone number of a friend living in Germany. :)
