  1. you need help of immigration lawer.

  2. You can travel to Germany on your passport alone for up to 90 days with a return plane ticket. All they do is stamp your passport and ask you why you are there.

  3. The key point is your age. Germany requires minors

to be at least 16 to travel alone unless you can proof

that you will be picked up in Germany by someone

who's officially responsible for you. The stress there

    is on proof.

A lawyer won't help you much there. The final say is with

the german embassy. Not with any pakistani laws. And

german authorities won't care if it's just a tourist visa

    or work permit.

If you want a good advice. Don't p**s off someone at

the embassy with a lawyer. It won't help you jack. Try

to find a way to proof your age beyond doubts or ask

them what makes them believe you're not 16. That's

really the only realistic option you have.

  4. If your parents live in Germany why are you in Pakistan? Also why your parents not working on it you can live with them in Germany? You must be have some birth certificate this is a document what your birthday say, are you 16???

If you having pass you can come to Germany and stay only for 3 months. Did you contact your local German Embassy?

    Good Luck...

  5. Unfortunately the only way for you to go to Germany is through the German Embassy. I wonder why they do not give you the requested visa? Did you say you want to go there for a vacation? Are your parents still in Germany or are they back in Pakistan?
