This is really hard to answer without knowing your situation. What has caused him "not to have respect" for you?

Does he have "toys," computers, ipods, cellphones? If so, start taking them away until he starts to change his behavior. Remember, you are his parent, not his friend. If you cant get him into control now, you are asking for this to get worse.

If you mean that he doesn't respect you, I would look at the poster above me's advice. But if his teachers don't respect him (I've been there, believe me) I would talk to the principal about the situation and get him switched to another class or maybe even to another school. Hope that helps :D
