Magazines, books, via Internet, Native Speakers, etc......

Just read websites or magazines or books in english and look up words you don't know. Also if you can, try to watch tv in english. But if you can't, just watch english videos online. Also when you watch them try to imitate the people you hear. I've been doing this to learn languages online for a few months now and it has helped me a lot. Good luck :]

Oh yes, and what the person below me said is a great idea. The best way to learn a language is to talk with native speakers.

You can also find someone else who speaks English, and ask if they wouldn't mind if you were to converse with them. They would help you correct your mistakes etc. That helped me a lot when I was learning Spanish.
