STEP1 CCLEANER

2# run the installer and install the program

3# open up perfect disk and click the "anerlize button"

4# after anerlize is complete it will ask you to restart your computer for offline defrag click yes restart now

5# after offline defrag is complete open up perfect disk again and you should see your main drive (usually C:)

6# right click it then press entire drive and it will do a full defrag of your system

MS CONFIG TRICK

you may have installed lots of programs on you pc and they all they to launch on the start up of you pc which can make it very slow.

HOW TO USE

1# click start

2# click run

3# type "msconfig"

4# now click the start up tab

5# disable any programs that start up with your computer
