  1. Totally

  2. you are coward girl boy, and this is problem.

i help you, because we are all brothers under Jesus god.

1 - morning, you wake up, drink small glass whisky

2 - after brush teeth, look in mirror and shout to yourself, " I AM STRONG PERSON!!!"

3 - when in shop, go to shop lady and tell her she is beautiful

4 - go to bossman at work and say to him that he is wearing pink underwears.

5 - go gym and lift 2kilo weights all over body to make firm.

6 - drink larger glass of fresh cow's milk straight out of cow

7 - watch broose lee film or other like this and learn how to stand confidently

8 - talk to bad people in rough language and growl at them

9 - sing happy songs in bed to make mind calm

10 - learn how to do tap dance.

  3. I highly reccomend it to you. Martial Arts are supposed to build confidence and a sense of "peace".

  4. Join the Army or Marines.

  5. yes thats all just yes

  6. Martial Arts can definitely give you a confidence boost. Research some martial arts that interest you through www.youtube.com and www.google.com and pick the one you think is cool and train hard.

  7. Go to www.selfprotection.com and have a read of some of the stuff on that  website. It may help you understand the nature of fear more.  Also books by people such as Geoff Thompson will be very helpfull to you.  If you want to train in a martial art then just do it, but dont expect it to solve all your problems over night.

  8. well if you want a quicker way to do it drink a bottle of whiskey.  didn't know martial arts made anyone brave. it may give you confidence but make you brave??

  9. 1. KNOW THYSELF!

    2. Build on your own personal strengths.

    3. Bravery and cowardice are abstracts built on ideals.

    4. Never confuse cowardice with fear!

    5. The person who says that they have no fear is either a fool or a liar.

    6. Bravery is what you do IN SPITE OF your fear.

Number one is the most important and it takes a LONG time!

  10. Without fear there is no bravery. There is no bravery in only confronting people or handling situations that don't involve some fear.

Take up JUDO or JUJUTSU  .It is a more controlled go slow type of developement .In a striking art with fists and feet flying at you all the time you may never develope the courage to confront or handle abuse.

Because an art looks tough or has a tough reputation wont make you tough .People who take those styles know what they are getting into and are mentally prepared for it.

    You obviously are not.

  11. 1st and foremost....

1 understand most of us are trying to be more like you!

2 the fox that runs from a tiger isn't cowardly, he's smart.

3 since you keep asking almost daily whether or not you should take martial arts....YES..JUST DO IT ALREADY!!!

4 the best way to win a fight, is to not fight at all. you are doing fine.

5 remember, courage is not the absence of fear, but doing what's right even in the presence of fear.

i think i'ts easier to give in to your anger than to ignore stupid people who say bad things to you. they are weak...not you.

  12. With all safety precautions taken, practice a hand stand.  With hands place roughly 1 to 2 feet away from the wall, stand on your hands.  Once you can hold a hand stand, hold it with your eyes closed for about 20 deep breaths.  Because of the awkwardness of the position, and the "blindness," it is good for building up courage.

    hope it helps.

  13. 1) Martial arts can teach you confidence but you must remember that whether you are a coward or a hero type is irrelevant. MA teaches you a way to look at life.

    2) Courage and Cowardice are a choice and are not hereditary and you can learn via many means to control them with Martial arts or with out it.

    3) Its not a Religion it is a philosophy.

    4) Learn from the teacher that can offer you what you are looking for that has a good reputation
