How i can increase my concentration power?

my xam is comin up

and i get distracted vry fast in my environment

pls help

i sms my friend and ask her the horibble things that can happen if i dont study for eg: ull get a U, u will end up being  maid cuz no college is going to accept a person with bad grades, my parents are going to ground me etc. (your friend should be a very nerdy and a convincing person)

i also try not to study in my room, too many distractions. Try the basement or the garden

i think about something really bad that could happen to me and if i don't revise then it will happen trust me it works :)

what u can do is play the staring game it may sound silly but it help alot
