If its linux many options are available to login without password.

If its Windows- start PC in safe mode.

Generally administartor doesnt need password. Then create new User administartor account and then use it

first reboot Windows XP in safe mode by re-starting the computer and pressing F8 repeated as the computer starts up. Then (in safe mode) click Start and then click Run. In the open box type "control userpasswords2" without the quotes.

You now have access to all the user accounts, including the administrators account and will be able to reset the lost password.

Just click the administrators user account, and then click Reset Password.

You will need to add a new password in the New password and the Confirm new password boxes, and confirm by clicking OK.

All done, you have recovered the lost administrators password!

Use the safe mode, before the OS boots press F5 then inter your system as administrator, and you will be lucky if the admin does not have a password.

If u forget the system passward  then take the CPU of your PC and check the mother board you will found the battery in main board just take the battery out of the mother board and then keep the same palce your password has been deleted.

You can either keep trying passwords. Reset your bios, or try using save mod, some computers have a second admin account that is only visible in save mode so that you can change options. If none of those work reinstalling your PC is always an option...
