How i can plan NYC's 1st clean and sober night club?

im on the 12 steps program,i want to plan NYC's 1st clean and sober night club where is no drug-dealings,no alchols,no outsiders.i need a host,bouncers,a person serve sodas/waters/red bull drinks but i already know a dj.i want people from AA,NA,CA,MA and other 12 steps programs to come over there and have fun.i want to open every fridays and saturdays and sometimes the holidays just like other nigh clubs do.i want to be a club owner and have my own production.do you know who i need 2 speak 2 about renting the night club and im from NYC,i need in manhattan and/or in brooklyn.how i can do this?

Well, I'm in Seattle so I can't tell you a venue, but what you can do is find a place that is really dead on the weekends. Talk to the owner. Tell them that you'll pay a fee to use the venue and that they can still do business. (i.e. a percentage of the drink sales). To hire bouncers, you'll need to get an ad out for interviews. Find some bulky friends, ask them if they know people. Ask any friends in military. They are normally great places to recruit. Pay 10/hourly first two weeks, and gradually pay more as your club gets off the ground. Get fliers out to all the AA, NA, etc that you want to attend. Charge 5 dollar door charge, and 1 for sodas/water, 3 for red bulls. Buy heavily into the stockage or find a place that already sells these things. Make every weekend a different theme. 70's, 80's, etc. You don't need a liqour license to serve these things, but you do need a business license to take money from people.
