download an ipod video converter (such as iSquint, search it in google) and then drag it and click convert or start.  Then drag the file into itunes and go to your ipod section > Movies or videos > select videos or videos > sync at the bottom right hand corner.

iPod only accepts mp4 format. You have to use a converter to convert your movie to iPod supported format and also you have to consider how many MB is your movie.

ipod supports mp4 videos so u have to 1st convert the video into mp4 and load into ipod download  totalvideoconverter from net and convert.
