How i can put my pictures in e-mail?

simple, at the top it says attachments, click, find your picture, boom. done send.

It depends on the email program, I use outlook express, on the menu go to insert and you can either use file attachment or picture, if you insert a picture, it shows up right in the body of the email, if you choose file attachment it will add the attachment(photo) to your email. Either way it's simple to use.
