Well, I'm not English nor an american.... but I can understand english....

You should get a tutor or go for english classes...

To be fluent in any language, you have to learn it, talk and write more using the language...

Start from the basics first, such as spellings, and basic grammatical structures.....

The rest will follow suit if you keep on doing it....

Best way to learn language quickly is to speak with native speakers. Try to make english speaking friends, do good to them and they will like you Allah willing. Nonetheless, try to watch a lot of movies and tv. Try to read a lot, even if you are not sure that u read accurately, and even if you do not understand. Don't use dictionary and try to read a lot, quantity and not quality will teach you english. You will start to understand when your experience with language increase. Remmember, language is a system and not set of words. Memorizing dictionary usually does not work.
