the monastery is at Tolleshunt Knights, which seems to be served by bus 91 which goes between Witham and Tolesbury - I've no idea how often this bus runs but maybe if you do an internet search you might get some information, or maybe the people at the monastery might know

to get a train to Witham it seems that you have to get the Stansted express train into Liverpool Street station in London, then another back out to Witham ... details on this website (where you can also book tickets)
