How i improve my hair growth & hair health?

i am muthu. 20 yrs old.i lost my hair more. now i am half bald. now also in my hair lot of dandruff is there. daily i am losing more than 20 or 30 hairs.how i stop this and how i improve my hair growth in my head.

eat a healthy diet and get your blood tested to rule out deficiencies.  follow up with your doctor.

first off all consult a "TRICHOLOGIST"

He is the doctor who deals with hair problems.

and apart frm this i feel u need to get rid of dandruff first or else hair fall is not gonna stop.

apart frmthis stop using harmful chemical based shampoo, go for herbal ones like "VATIKA or HImalaya"

VATIKA dandruff shampoo will do,and dnt shampoo ur hairs more than thrice a week or at most 4 times and in verst case if uve returned frm journey and all then u have too.

But consult a doctor, coz ur only 20 and hairs can grow back, dnt delay till it goes to point of no return ,after which hair growth will not be possible.

i suffered frm same problem, but i did every thing in time got rid of dandruff within month and my hairfall is under controll, if not fot this i would have been half bald too. but my hairs are also growing now back on spots where ive lost them, ive lost only hairs frm sides ,but they grow.

boil coconut oil and put curryleaves on that when it turns into curryleaves oil leave it for 30 minutes and use it 3 times in a week then definetly u will get less dandruff and your hair will grow........
