Loose weight is a very big question everybody wants to do it.I feel that each one of us has a typical mechanism to loose or gain weight,you have to experiment and find this.first you should not have any disease,like diabetes,blood pressure etc,if u have any than it is better to consult your doctor about this.otherwise if you are young and healthy, the best i feel is a strict regime of control diet and fitness,starting a month or 2 of walking to gain little confidence and energy and then go to other exercises as needed.food should be like alot of fruits and vegetables leess oil no sugar no fried food for few days ,till your body starts loosing weight,after that continue exercising

    regularly and sometimes you can eat heavy stuff,compensate the other day with light food.
