How i upload my picture in google images free of cost?

Flickr.com . Its free and takes just a minute or two to register.  Its a good picture saver.  I don;t know how to be in google images search.  I think it happens automatically, taking pictures from any website that has the proper keywords on the picture's title or label. IDK , but flickr is start so you can link people to your pics or view them from any computer.
