You have to get their application of where ever your applying for you might or might not get it, because they have to choose the best.....

There are no scholarships to study TOEFL, GER (whatever that is) and SAT's.

All of those are tests/exams which you must score highly on to be admitted to a university in the United States. They are admissions exams and nothing more.

There are no scholarships available to either take them or available for the scores which you get on them.
