How identify Kuwait ministry approved certificate?

my diploma certificat can attest from UAE embassy but not possile with Kuwait embassy .. now i got a job in kuwait . they asked me my certificate is approved my kuwait ministry . how to i can know that

the thing is to get a seal on your certificate you must get it stamped from the country of origin, and that would be at the department of foreign affairs. then you go to the Kuwaiti embassy and they will stamp it for you then in Kuwait you need to get it stamped from the department of foreign affairs.

If you are supposed to apply for a Kuwait work visa, the UAE embassy attestation on your certificate will not be worked out. You have to get it attested by the Kuwait embassy/consulate prior to apply for the visa. Since you have been completed the formalities from the HRD and MEA of India then the procedure will be easy for you. Just contact the Kuwait embassy in Delhi or consulate in Mumbai for their further attestation.
