  1. No different from any other type of studying.  Regular breaks keep your mind relaxed and ready to dive in again.


  2. I dont understand the question.  If you are in another country, you cant really take a break, can you?  If you are trying to learn for school, it always helps to study in 20 minute increments.  Your brain can only work so fast.

  3. As with studying anything else, your brain needs a break. However if you aren't in a position to where you're exposed to the language regularly, then just make sure you don't take too long of a break or you'll start forgetting things.

  4. Well, it's good for your mind to take a break and think about something else for a little bit.  If you try to learn too much, then your head will hurt and you end up learning nothing.
