  2. Very important if i am not being paid much then i at least need some good benefits to offset it.

  3. Before I finally started my own Biz about 20 years ago ,,..I had taken jobs for less money but the Benefits were Excellent,,,I had a family to support,,, a mortgage ,,,insuraqnce  All the normal American Dream Bills A wife & young son to take care of Sooo if I didn't have 1 job I had 3 at the same time Sometimes Money & Benefits don't come at the same time You make it up anyway you can ,,,,,I'm still busting my A&& But it's for a reason>>FAMILY

  4. Good benefits are worth it in any job usually. If you are working full time, even at a low paying, or hourly job, it is a good idea to take advantage of benefits, which could only be helpful to you. If you are looking at getting a low paying job, it might be wise to shop around and look for the best benefits you can get. This is for two reasons, there are often more of these types of jobs available so it would be easy to look around and choose which you would like, and secondly, if you have a low income, the benefits are usually all that more important to you.

  5. Benefits are nice, but the only reason American workers need benefits paid for by their employers, is because they aren't making enough money to pay for them themselves.

Benefits are a Liberal tactic, to give you less money than you should earn so your're convinced you're getting more. HMO's are really paid with money you're not receiving as income, and they decide what care you can, and cannot have medical-wise.

If I received that money in my paycheck, instead of letting my employer give it to some dang insurance company, I could afford my own doctor, pay him/her in cash, and get any health-care I want!

No, a low-paying job isn't worth my suffering. Give me a proper paying job, and NO benefits!

    Doing so might save America!

  6. Not important at all.

Benefits - assume you are refering to only Medical, and Dental

Can be had for less than $200 per month for a single indiviual, and $600 per month for a family of any size.

If you work out the numbers most people pay these amounts anyway with employer sponsored plans.  Of course as you reduce the deductible the monthly goes up.

You have to be reasonable - no one wants to support someoneelse.  You either pay the cost your self, or take a job that will make the same payments for you.  In the long run personal responsibility usually pays more.  You almost never find employees that are able to have financial security at a young age.    Financial Security  - being defined by  - they do not go to work for 2 months, and can still pay for food, house, and car.
