I have jupiter in cancer if your curious.

No more or less important than any other planet.  Jupiter is in the sign of his exaltation in Cancer.  How important he is depends on what house he's in and what houses he rules.  Exaltation is often characterized by exaggeration so the effects can be troublesome even though exaltation is usually a positive.  Janice Joplin had Jupiter in Cancer and she died in her 20s as a result of over indulgence.
