I bought a set of 695cb and the pitching wedge degree is 46...my old set was 48. Now my 52 degree gap wedge is 1 degree off of the middle (between 46 degree pitching wedge and a 56 degree wedge). I would bend it, but how important is it?

  1. 2-3 yards in distance for every degree is a pretty good rule to follow.

  2. i don't think 1 degree wood make alot of difference but my suggestion to 2 measure how far each club goes (carry) and then you can decide weather there is to much of a gap between your 46 and 52 degree wedge. even measure how far your 3/4 9 iron and wedge go to see if you don't have a yardage that you don't have a shot for. good luck

  3. have it bent one degree this also eill reduce the bounce by 1 degree . this may seem small adjustment , percentage wise large . a 46 degree wedge  is a 9 iron . try 46 , 50 . 54  58 . i am ancient driver gone 64 degree wedge in . or drop 56 to 54 . add 58 . best time of year to find wedges , newspapers , used sporting goods store , not online . todays clubs are stupid as far as lofts there also is a 73 degree wedge

  4. 1 degree will be about a quarter club so roughly 2-3 yards.

  5. It doesn't matter at all as long as you know the yardages for the clubs in your bag.
