  1. very you have to know how to be intense with your bodies strenght and your cordination skills

  2. Boxing is ALL ABOUT body rhythm, timing, and footwork, head, all moving in sync.  As the other guy said, rhythm and timing is why we train from rope jumping to speedbags, to double-ended bags, etc., etc.

  3. its extremely important if you aint got rhythm how you gonna doge and move

  4. extremley!your whole body has to work in sync with your eyes and part of the training boxers do involves speed work on speed ball and skipping, pad work etc,to get this co-ordination right doesnt come overnight and can take years to perfect. Some boxers, who are really brawlers, never get it correct, like former champ STEVE COLLINS,and many others, but as with most sports a natural ability, like Floyd Mayweather has,is essential

  5. Very important

  6. extremely if you don't have rhythm you can't fight. this doesn't mean you have to be able to tango or anything like that but boxing has its own rhythm and you need to be able to move your feet to its beat (no pun intended).

  7. watch a white fighter then watch a blk one

  8. rhythm is VERY important if you arent in rhythm it will affect your footwork, your reaction time, even your punching power, as well as your balance also being caught off guard and out of rhythm is a quick way to get k.o.ed
