i noticed that i found more control and noticed how my follow-through allowed me to transfer my weight on to the left side/foot. I found consistency. am i right?

  1. The foolow thru is important for a sound direction of a shot.

  2. without the follow through u will not be able to get that topspin, and u risk hitting it out more often... and u will not be able to place the ball as well as u would with the follow through..

  3. It gets less important if you flat hit or you have a heavy racket,or the ball is staying low.If none of those are happening than follow through is very important for control and lesser extant spin. The higher the bounce the greater the follow through to keep the ball in play ie clay courts. In Britain we use the awful carpet, which when gets wet has low bounce,if you over swing than the all will be through you before you make contact. For this type of question it's essential to know what racket you use and surface you play on

  4. it is also for accuracy

  5. Its very important, the follow through is part of the forehand swing, it is important in the forehand technique, to get the best forehand shot. keep practising it.

  6. VERY

  7. the ball wont get over-spin and it wont be as fast look at all the pros they all do it and it's for a reason.

  8. Very important

The ball won't spin or move too well without a follow through
