  1. VERY

i dont learn spanish until next year!

  2. Well. I've always felt that we speak more of our own language. I mean, we have invented and added so many new words to the English language that we should really say we speak American. This is good because it would include all languages we currently speak, from all ethnic groups. After all, we are a mongrel country made up of people from all walks of life and countries.

  3. Its important that we do not declare an official language. Conservative farmers would not be allowed to put up safety signs in other languages. Then the conservative farmers would have to spend money to clean up their corpses when the workers get killed thanks to english only safety signs.

  4. even though i agree that English should be the official language  it's not high up in my top priorities in this election

  5. I don't even know what it means to have an Official language, so obviously don't think it is important.

  6. I personally don't think that it is important. A "legal" language wouldn't make people learn it any quicker, or more consistently. It is already a factor in many employment opportunities and so I doubt it would affect the economy or anything else. While many people may think it's important or a good idea I think it would boil down to being a another law for the sake of having a law. Many people don't realize it isn't an "official" language so it's not a big voting issue.

  7. Si, mucho important
