  1. About a month you could train but you don't need to run ev ery day....unless you're runnign a marathon that's a different story.  I think a good drill is having a pacer on a bike near you and at random times throws a ball at ya. Teaches fast reflexes.

  2. I'm on my high schools track team so I'll try to help you out.

    -First off you need a lot more then a month to shape up and get in tone with all those events. (I've been train since late February and my first meet was last week)

    ------->TRAINING<-------

    -->Warm up

    -Start as soon as possible

    -Start of with your jog around the block for a warm up

    -Stretch...look up some should takes about 20-25 mins

    -Do drills... (High knees, heel kicks, etc. look some up) [Should take about 15 mins]

    -->Workout

    - Seems like you a sprinter you need to ask your coach to set up workout schedule or you can make your own. For example (something soft since you’re starting up).

    - 5, 100m at [70%] 8, 80m at [70%] and 6, 60m at [70%] >Recovery<: 100m=3min, 80m=2:30min, 60m= the time it takes you to walk back

    This is just an example of a work out you can add different distances and change intensities. Remember recovery time in between sprints!

    [Eventually every good runner must incorporate weight training]

    -->Cool Down

    - After you main work out jog a cool down...about 600m jog

    Note: You can add in an ab circuit if you want (works your core)

    Then your work out is done.

    You should practice 5 days a week for 1:30 mins to 2 hrs

    Eat well and healthy make sure you have your sugars, and your hydrated, you don't want to crash out.

  3. depends for what.

    i run 20 minutes (non-stop) Mon to Fri

    that's 140 minutes a week i guess that's alright.

  4. i would say about 1/2 hour to one hour each day. my couch tells me to sprin about 12 yards back and fourth. r you can do shoudle sprin that helps you to get more blance when you turn around and when you go up and down. good luck.

    r u in track?

  5. Very and depending on if your a sprinter or long distance will determine how long and the intensity of the training each day
