  1. Nah, you can skip that. Dont do legs either. Matter of fact, why bother with tricep workouts. Bench press. real men just seem to do bench press.... lol

    So, you want to workout or not?


  2. Over the years your upper pectorals will be the most important part of the chest. From a visual standpoint your chest will "droop" as you get older. By keeping the upper pectorals in shape you will help diminish this look.

    Moreover, the higher up your pectorals look the overall your whole chest will look.


  3. Very, your body doesn't work as well as it can if you do not have proper muscle ratio of contradicting muscle. You don't necessarily have to do the incline, it is just thought that it is better if you do. Just make sure to at least train your pecs or your body will look funny and not be as strong as it can.
