How important is the SAT II?

I did poorly on SAT math and SAT literature so how much does a college like NYU or Boston Univerisity consider it?

SAT isn't important as long as you did well on the ACT

I'm pretty sure they are helpful for you to get into those universities but i don't think they are as important as they would be for ivy leagues. Just have a good GPA, letters of rec, community servive, etc., and i'm sure youll have a good chance.Try retaking them.
