to make your pendrive password protected you should have the micro cd given with the pendrive when you buy.install it from there.

you just have to do one thing to install a software "folder lock"

which you should install  in your pendrive not in your pc .

this folder lock make your folder in pendrive password protected .

you will be provided with a CD along with pendrive. use that CD with your pendrive pluged in... and there are no other options other than this as far as i know...
