How in heaven can I cancel my membership to yahoo personals? When I click on billing info/nothing....?

It says to click on billing infor to cancel personals membership but I am not having any luck. Anyone out there????

Are you sure you're following the right directions?  Because the help file I found (at http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/persona... ) says to click on different things.

Note that if you have problems, there is a Contact Customer Care button towards the bottom-left of that page.
