How in the heck do i?

upload an image,like from my files,how do i upload it to paint?like paint on the computer,i want to lengthen it out,but i cant upload the image,how do i upload the image?

you can use program to open with browse search to directory and file, or you can drag and drop from folder to paint window,

you should also be able to double click or right and edit if options are there, you can lengthen the image size and you can lengthen the canvas size, from menu
