Holy cow, are you kidding with the spelling?  What are you even trying to say? It is just common sense that you need to know how to spell to work any job that doesn't require fryers, burners, or brooms.  I sure hope you haven't graduated school.  My 7-year-old niece could spell what you apparently can't.

Why worry about "accerrizing" when you can't even spell it!  You should worry more about learning to spell.
